The Benefits are as the following (for a one year contract):
1. Salary: 5,000 - 10,000 yuan RMB per month, depending on the number and quality of lessons
2. Teaching schedule: generally on late afternoons and weekends
3. Holiday allowance: 2000 yuan RMB for the completion of 12 months teaching
4. Airfare compensation: 5000 – 8000 yuan RMB for a one-year contract
5. Free apartment with a living room, one or two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom
6. Free color TV, free computer, free internet access, free refrigerator, free washing machine, free water heater, free water and electricity (in fixed amount), free natural gas.
7. Visa: Arranged by the school
