Hiring for Spring Semester in China
Greetings from Beijing Wellgo Consulting Services Int'l, Ltd, a specialist placement agency in Beijing. We begin hiring English teachers for our affiliated schools throughout China starting in February 2006. Following is a general description of what working in China as a teacher is like:

Contract duration: 6-month or 1-year contract

Job description: Teach listening, speaking, reading, writing, business English, American or British literature at kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, colleges, universities and language schools.

General Requirements: Native speakers from USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, France and other European countries. Bachelor degree and above, or high school degree with TESOL or TEFL certificate. Teaching or related experience (with proof) is preferred but not required. Active and creative. Strong communication skills. Healthy. Aged between 18-65.

Compensation package:

Salary/stipend: RMB 3000~8000/month. Average family income in major cities, including Beijing and Shanghai is 1500 - 2000 RMB. The buying power of 1 RMB in China is that of 1 Dollar in USA in many situations.

Free accommodation: either on or off campus, normally a one or two bdrm apartment equipped with a computer, telephone, television, fridge and kitchen facilities.

2-weeks fully paid vacation for 6 months contract, 4-weeks fully paid vacation for 1 year contract.

Medical insurance and traveling allowance provided.
Round trip airfare will be reimbursed for one-year contract and one-way for six-month contract.

Workload: 14-22hrs/week.
