Established and successful private Ladder English Training School in Fuzhou, Fujian, China is hiring a native-English speaking teacher to join us in the middle of February 2006 to February 2007 (the contract is renewable). Teacher’s primary duty is to help Chinese students to improve their oral English and communication skill.

Oral English Teacher

Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Native English speakers (from Canada, U.K, Australia, New Zealand or U.S.A)
College graduate.
2.TESL/TEFL certificate or ESL/EFL classroom experience preferred
3.Good ability in expression and communication
4.The teacher is supposed to start to work in August, 2004.
5.Applicants who are 20-30 years old will be given a prior consideration.

Salary and Benefits
1.15 hours per week in the classroom plus a weekly 1-hour staff meeting.
2.Paid overtime.
3.Two consecutive days off each week (Saturday and Sunday)
4.Paid 10 days of public holidays.
5.Work visa, licenses and resident card fees provided by the school
6.We are offering a monthly salary of 4000RMB, Monday to Friday) plus maximum 20% of salary incentive.
7.Housing allowance: 600RMB/month
8.Bonus of 1000USD given at the end of yearly contract (as round trip airfare).
9.Free Internet access in school.
10.Foreign affairs assistant can be provided .
