Job Description:
One of the most prestige bilingual private schools in Shanghai, China is looking for certified English teachers to teach elementary level (grade 1 - 5) English, Social studies, and Science. Each teacher is assigned to one classroom (homeroom teacher) and must be able to communicate effectively with parents. Plan a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students. Other duties as assigned by the Principal/Director. Teaching experiences with McGraw-Hill textbooks is a plus, but not required. Require one-year contract or longer. Average workload: 20 -25 hours/week, the maximum will not exceed 25 lessons a week.

Qualifications:
(1)English native speaker or bilingual proficient in English; Love teaching
(2)Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
(3)Valid teacher certificate or proof of eligibility
(4)2 year of field experience (student teaching) in US, UK, Canada, Australia

Compensations:
(1)Salary Range: 6000 - 8000 RMB /month, negotiable, based on experience.
(2)Flight ticket: airfares refunded after one school year services up to a $1000 US dollar.
(3)Free boarding (gas, tap water, electricity and phone bill excluded): Exclusive flat on campus. The flat equipped with furniture, TV, Washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner/heater, Telephone equipment, microwave, hot water shower and etc.
(4)Paid Individual Accident Insurance or provide medical allowance for teacher over 60.
(5)Meals: free lunch on workdays
(6)Free Chinese lessons: available
