Full time English teacher positions in Shanghai, China

Cheery English International Education Organization (“Cheery English” as follows) is a professional company which has been working together with over 10 first-class kindergartens and primary schools in Shanghai, China for many years and has a good reputation. We provide teaching training, lesson plans and teaching materials to all the English teachers. The teacher’s main duty is to help our Chinese students to improve their oral English and communication skills.

Now we are looking for outgoing, highly energetic, responsible NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING teachers who are expected to teach English to the children of different age groups.

* No. of Vacancies: 5
* Starting Date: February 2006
* Employment Term: One year
* Location: Shanghai - teachers are assigned to local kindergartens and public elementary schools
* Class sizes: up to 35 students (with a Chinese teacher assistant)
*Hours: 24 hours per week

Salary:
RMB 4500 to 6500 per month depending on qualifications and teaching experience

Other Benefits:
* Air ticket: USD900 airfare reimbursement upon the completion of the one year contract
* Free accommodations include heater, air conditioning unit, TV, microwave, refrigerator
Shared apartment with the other English teacher but everyone can have his/her own bedroom
* Insurance: Accident insurance (not include health care and dental care)
* Visa: Basic fees for work permit and visa (the cost for physical check-up for the visa not included)

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in English preferred or other major
2. Must enjoy working with children from 4 to 15
3. 20--45 year-old native speakers from USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia ONLY 4.Experience and TESOL/TEFL or equivalent certification preferred but not required
5. Good ability in expressions and communication
