Native English speakers ONLY from USA, Canada, British Isle, and Australia need apply. Other nationalities, please do not apply. Bachelor’s degree in any field is a must. Some teaching experience is also a must (not necessarily in English.)

= We are Lanzhou English First, a private language training school, a very reputable franchise with over 60 schools scattered throughout major cities in China, and we are growing. We need SEVERAL English teachers who can come to China before the end of JANUARY or earlier, to prepare ourselves for the coming winter holiday.

= You must be matured, patient, hardworking, have good/clean sense of humor, funny, always smiling, always happy, friendly, of good moral character and attitude, optimistic, generous, professional in attitude and appearance, team player, and you must simply love teaching.

= You must be able to teach all levels of students and ages. Some initial and ongoing training may be provided (training is not guaranteed).

= You must agree to teach under a 1-year contract. Our contract is standard for all of our foreign teachers, and is in English.

= Your salary will be 5.500 RMB per month, without deductions, teaching a maximum of 24 hours per week during our low seasons. (You may want a salary deduction for your utility bills which average 250 RMB a month in gas, electric, cable TV, and telephone.) Your free access to the Internet is at our school, without time limit.

= You will be provided with free, fully-furnished, accommodation. We will secure your work permit at our expense. Your full return airfare will be reimbursed at the end of your contract (even if you are in China now). We will pick you up at the airport, and send you back to the airport on your departure, if you are flying back to your homeland. You will have a medical insurance standard to Chinese people.

= Our school is located in the capital city of Lanzhou, in Gansu Province, in China.

= In Lanzhou, you can live like a king or a queen for less than 1,500 RMB per month. We are a bargain city in China. Most everything here is very inexpensive, so pack light, as we are sure that you will go back to your homeland real heavy.

= Pack your bag, and come to China. You’ll enjoy yourself here. The people are very friendly, especially to foreigners. Lanzhou is a safe haven.
