Decai English training school requires prospective canidates to have at least a four-year-degree from a reputable University and preference will be awarded to applicants in possession of either a TEFL or TESOL certificate. We are currently accepting applications from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada (all others will not be considered!). Since our students range from 6-18-years-old, having a strong passion and desire to teach children is a must. Decai offers a very competitive salary which averages out to 6,500 RMB per month.
