TEFL International, Costa Rica is seeking both a Lead and Assistant Trainer for their beach location. An eligible applicant for the Lead Trainer position must have either of the following qualifications: A master’s degree in either ESL/EFL, Education, or Foreign Languages and at least two years experience teaching ESL/EFL, or a TEFL or CELTA certificate, with at least four years experience in ESL/EFL. Qualified candidates for the Assistant Trainer will be considered with a TEFL or CELTA certificate and teaching experience.
Preference is given to locals and candidates must be available immediately for training and ready to start April 2005. However, the position will remain open until filled.

Salary is commensurate with experience. We are looking for at least a one-year commitment from persons that are reliable and detailed orientated with excellent interpersonal skills. Conversational Spanish or better is a plus.
