Cofradia's Bilingual School provides quality bilingual education for over 200 children in the community of Cofradia, with 140 disadvantaged children receiving scholarships this year.

We are currently hiring two experienced, dynamic first grade teachers to start in January.

Cofradia is a town surrounded by mountains and cloudforest just half an hour from San Pedro Sula, Honduras' second largest city.
Invariably, the most rewarding aspect of this education experience is the global perspective that students develop through their exposure to our international teaching team.
This year we have a team of 12 international teachers from Canada, Austria, Scotland,Australia and the U.S.
We provide our volunteer teachers with a rich cultural, educational and team experience.
We provide accomodation in a beautiful group house situated in the centre of town, and all food and basic living expenses are covered, including internet use. Volunteers are expected to cover their own costs for travelling to Honduras, but we do provide free luxury bus tickets to many destinations in Honduras and Guatemala, donated by a local bus company.
