Idioma Internacional, a leading school for corporate English in San Jose, Costa Rica, is looking an Academic Director to take over position in late June/early July. The ideal candidate could start in late March to do some teaching and see how the processes work.

Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years ESL teaching experience (with adults)
Masters degree in TEFL
Interested in curriculum development
Minimum one year commitment
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Independent
Flexible
Patient
Able to work under pressure

Tasks:
Curriculum development
Hiring
Training
Supervising
Teaching
Client contact
Conducting monthly staff meetings
