Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design a high quality English program, implement it and supervise it
to guarantee high quality education standards.
- Recruit all ESL instructors, their assistants, program support staff.
- Set up a continuous development program for all staff to ensure
continuous motivation and overcoming skill gaps.
- Inspire a highly productive, high quality, and a pleasant working
environment for learners, faculty and staff.
- Deliver against very tough deadlines.
- Set up all the organization and learning systems.
