ELS Language Centers-Oman has an opening for the following posts for 2004-2005:

TEFL qualified Instructor- For a University 1st year foundation program.

Instructor’s Qualifications:
1. Native speakers of English either from Canada, U.S.A., U.K., and Australia.
2. College or university degree (preferably English Major).
3. Holding a certificate in teaching English as a second language (TESL or TEFL).
4. 2-3 years teaching experience in TEFL or TESL.
5. Mature, responsible with cross cultural sensitivities and skills.

7. Weekly assignments include 24 classroom hours per week with 6 additional administrative hours. After completing 24 hours teachers are qualified to receive overtime.

Benefits/Salary packages given will be as listed below:
1. Tax free monthly package totaling 800 R.O (about 2200 USD) equivalent to
26,400 USD annually
2. Furnished accommodation (including bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bath).

3. Economy Air ticket to Oman.
4. Airline ticket roundtrip Oman-Canada-Oman for each contractual year, or the cash equivalent of 75% of its discounted price, if opted not to utilize the ticket.
5. Four weeks paid vacation at the end of each year.
