THE INSTITUTE OF BANKING (IOB):
The IOB is a recognized qualification and accreditation body in Saudi Arabia for professional practitioners in the banking and financial services sector. It designs, develops, and delivers need-based, professional education and training programs in the field of banking and finance. The training policy of the IOB focuses on satisfying the participants' need for knowledge on the academic, professional, and behavioral dimensions based on the nature of the program given. Some of these programs are language-related. One of the IOB's training centers, the English Language Studies Unit, offers English language courses taught by highly qualified instructors who hold strong academic and professional qualifications and have diverse practical backgrounds. The students in the ELSU are young male Saudi nationals with diverse interests in the banking and finance sectors but need English to achieve other training goals at the IOB and later in the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. M.A. in Applied Linguistics/TEFL/TESL only at least 3 years of relevant experience.
