EFL Teachers Required for University Language Center, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico. Start date: September 2005

Ø Native speakers of English
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø ELT qualification (Certificate, Diploma or MA)
Ø 4 years teaching experience
Ø Preference given to candidates with a working knowledge of Spanish

Located in a market town 100kms south of Oaxaca City, the University language center provides an English course for all the university students who study English as a required subject. All teachers at the University are hired full-time and are provided with a workspace and computer. Teachers give approx. 16 hours of classes per week, with the remainder of the 40 hour week being for class preparation, tutorials, projects, and academic activities. Teachers are also involved in the general running of the Language Center.
Salary - Approx. 10,000 mexican pesos per month (net).
