Position: Academic Director at ELS Language Centers, Oklahoma City
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Center Director, the Academic Director will be responsible for:
·Managing and directing the instructional program
·Hiring and supervising the instructional staff
·Testing and placing students
·Scheduling classes
·Providing in-service workshops for instructors
·Assisting with college orientation and counseling as needed
·Performing other duties related to the management of the academic program
·Teaching as required, depending on enrollment

Qualifications:
·MA in TESOL or related field or candidate for MA in TESOL
·At least 2 years of ESL teaching experience
·At least 1 year of experience as an administrator
·Ability to work with Windows or PC computers and programs
