Bell Language School, as ESL School for adult internationalstudents seeks a Director of studies.
Essential qualities for this challenging position include strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and lead a small team of ESL teachers.
The right candidate will be organized and logic in planning and implementation of TESOL standards. Excellent creativity and problem solving skills are also needed.
Qualification: MA in TESOL or applied linguistics, managerial experience in ESL or business school, knowledge of accreditation standards and experience in accreditation procedure. Understanding of curricular, methodology and teaching techniques, methods of teaching, performance measurements, student progress, professional development and technical means of education
