Essential Requirements: Degree qualified: BA (Preferably in related area, English, linguistics, TEFL, Arabic, education, etc); MA and above highly desirable and incentivised in salary online and distance degrees and certificates not credited. CELTA or equivalent (120h face to face study and 6h observed teaching practice) qualified; waived if possessing a Masters degree in TEFL/TESL, Applied linguistics, linguistics, English language education, or related area; PGCEs in ESL and other certificates in ESL also are equivalent Minimum of 2 years Adult EFL Teaching experience Salary Package: Basic Salary 10,000 - 16250 (and above) SAR/Month - dependent on Qualifications and Experience (US$ 2,666 " US$ 4,333 and above / Month) Accommodation and Transportation (if not using company housing and transportation): up to 3350 SAR/Month (US$893) (5000 SAR (US$ 1,333) for married couples) TOTAL PACKAGE (if in own accommodation) 13,350 SAR " 19,550 SAR/Month (US$ 3,560 " US$5,213 / Month) Company housing is in secure, company-owned apartment buildings; all private accommodations. No compound. Regular company-provided bus trips to shopping, sites and other localities. Additionally: 30 days paid annual leave (to be taken during summer vacation. Timing is subject to university approval) 3 Public Holiday Days (2 x Eid + Saudi National Day) With company and institutional permission, we allow at least one 7-10 day in-year vacation Medical Insurance (Class A medical insurance with a reputable insurance company) Flight tickets (1 economy one-way airfares per 12 month contract) Visas paid (reimbursement with receipts) End of service bonus We take staff on free shopping trips and other excursions. We take staff on a yearly trip (once to the desert, another to islands off Jeddah) We do staff development and are planning in-country accredited US MA degrees as an employment bonus in concert with US universities.
