English Language Trainer PHP
The English Language trainer is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering all English language and ‘culturalisation’ training to various teams within our Salmat Manila site. As the English Language Trainer, you will be.... · Updating and maintaining student files · Developing and co-ordinating training schedules for the site · Maintaining training and coaching calendars · Working closely with the Philippines Country Manager and individual Business Unit Managers to ensure business outcomes are met · Working closely with Salmat Learning Australia to ensure training outcome quality standards are maintained and reviewing training materials · Delivering the Salmat induction program as well as assisting with other training program delivery if required To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experiences... · A relevant undergraduate degree · A recognised TESOL qualification · 3 years post-qualification teaching experience, preferably teaching the English language We are seeking someone who has demonstrated abilities to work autonomously as well as part of a team; who has proven communication skills and can demonstrate their ability to be self-motivated and results orientated.
