ESL Instructos Need for Wenzhou China

The Business Company of the New Westminster School District in BC runs ESL programs in public schools in Wenzhou, China as the English component in the curriculum for students Gr. 6-9. We are currently seeking qualified full-time instructors for the school year 2012 to 2013 starting August 27, 2012.

If you
- are a Canadian English native-speaker (local-born)
- have a Bachelor's Degree (preferably English-related courses, although not necessarily)
- have an ESL/TESL/TESOL/TEFL certification (at least 60 hrs training)
- are willing to commit at least 10 and a half full-time with school starting in September 2012
- are interested in experiencing cultural exchange as an ESL Instructor
- are able to travel and live abroad, particularly in Wenzhou, China
- understand the complexities of language acquisition by non-native English speakers
- are meticulous and consistent with the quality of your work teaching

We provide:
- Chinese RMB 7600 and monthly stipend in Canadian dollars $500
- roundtrip ticket from point of hire to China
- visa processing; in-campus housing; medical coverage assistance
- $3K Canadian end of the contract bonus and in-China travel bonus
