International production coordinator required

Fast growing start-up company is in Nisantasi, İstanbul seeking an international production coordinator for footwear production. The job involves working closely with factories overseas (China & Vietnam) & handling all aspects of production from development to shipping. You will also work closely with customers & retailers (worldwide including Turkey) offering them the new product you have been working on with the factories. Required skills: Very good communication & organizational skills, Proactive communication with clients & factories, Good analytical skills- Understanding of cost, margin, Very good excel skills, Photoshop and/or design programs would be great, Fashion/footwear production & product development experience- Good eye, Fluent English is essential & Turkish would be great. The compensation will be discussed based on your experience, and will be also performance based. Must have your own accommodation as this willnot be provided.
