...Even
the Dept of Labor offices decriminated against the
inner work force. It is hard to correct. In America
discrimination happens all the time, black against black,
spanish against spanish, Chinese against Chinese, white
against white.
The Chinese
like all cultures that are making changes within
the inner structure will continue to have racism and
discrimination.
Until
China has an over abundant teachers that are well
educated and can speak English as well as a "native",
then
you will continue to see discrimination. Of course there are
other unknown factors, clothes, height, age, school
certificate, and etc.

semester. With the accessibility of the internet, plagiarism
in papers has become easier and easier for students to do
and, at the same time, simpler for instructors to detect.

4. From the Field - New intake of teachers
===================================================
What should
a reputable school do to reassure its new
recruits that they have nothing to fear? This is essentially
a communications and contractual issue. First the school
needs to communicate as fully as possible with the teacher,
providing as much information in adavnce as possible.
Let's
suppose a teacher has been recrutied by an employment
agency. The teachers will have had no direct contact with
the school and so could be taking an enormous risk. But the
school should send the teacher full documentation to allay
any doubts.
