Sr. Manager-Language Training
a) develop language training content, filters, assessments and create curriculum for large global contact center with operations across Philippines, India, Latin America, Egypt, US, etc)
b) conduct TTTs, and certifications for the training & recruiting groups to source & train effectively
c) align present language framework to globally accepted standards like CEF; experience with CEF preferred but not limiting
d) Hire and Lead a group of language training experts across the company
e) Responsible for delivering results as measured by improvements in Communication related metrics and Customer Satisfaction
