1. To create a Portuguese, Italian and Arabic database system for the company. Translating products lists, quotation and invoices from English to Portuguese, Italian and Arabic respectively. 2. To draft documents, prepare proposals and co-ordinate with all Skanska clients in agreement. 3. To liaise with international clients, teams and suppliers. 4. To prepare quotations, proforma’s as well as Invoices. Analyze customer requirements and negotiate with contractors. Review contracts and translate them in Portuguese, Italian and Arabic respectively and understanding special provisions, requirements and conditions to make sure one complies with legislation and follow the appropriate procedures. 5. To source for new contractors and sending proposals in Portuguese, Italian and Arabic accordingly.
