Positions Available: • Restaurant Manager: extensive experience in managing prestigious and renown restaurants and bar lounges with an educational background in hospitality. This person is envisaged to be from Western Europe (Italy, Spain, UK etc), charismatic personality and a natural leader. • Executive Chef: fully qualified executive chef with fine dining experience and ability to lead in the kitchen and manage staff. This person is envisaged to be from Western Europe and we have a preference for Spain/Barcelona where we can provide training on the menu in Barcelona. • Executive Sous-Chef: fully qualified sous-chef with fine dining experience - Turkish or European • Floor Manager: highly experienced person with a hospitality background and who can train and manage the waitress and service staff to maintain highest service standards - East or West Europe or TURKEY • Waitress: experienced waitresses with friendly and outgoing personality, customer service oriented and confident, good English. Turkish, Romanian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, South African • Hostess: experienced hostess with some customer service experience, confident, friendly, good communication skills and with good English • Bar Supervisor: extensive experience in managing and running a bar with costs management responsibility and stock control, ability to create cocktail mixes and supervise and manage staff • Barman: well experienced barmen with prior experience in high end outlets.
