The Ministry of Education had a volunteer program for teaching English in Chimborazo, but it was ended 3 years ago, now the original coordinator has started it back up again. Because we no longer have the financial support of the government, we are going to give paid classes to those who can afford them, and use the profits to give free classes in low income communities
