Our mission is to make students better writers. Founded in 2014 by three MIT grads, Prompt is the largest provider of college admissions essay coaching in the world, and as a team, we've provided feedback on over 100,000 college essays. At Prompt, we don�t proofread; we provide detailed instructional feedback to help students improve their content, structure, and clarity, and we tutor students one-on-one to help them improve their writing. Our coaches help students gain confidence in their stories and improve their writing in the long term. We have a passion for a story well told, for unique insights that jump off the page, and for empowering students to share their voices.
