They enact meaningful and sustainable changes in the way that English is taught around the world as well as promote mutual understanding between their host country and the United States. The English Language Fellow Program has sent more than 1,000 educators to countries around the world for 10-month assignments in projects initiated by U.S. Embassies. Our Fellows have served in dozens of countries in Africa, the Americas, East Asia and the Pacific, Eurasia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
