Payroll Clerk

BTSOFT SOLUTIONS is seeking to hire a Payroll Clerk, Remote Work From Home to support our team. Pay is $20 to $25 per hour. Pay rate depend on the level of experience and education. Hours per week is 25 to 30 hours. In this role you will have the responsibility of the following bellow...

Responsibilities

Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
Calculating employee work hours.
Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations.
Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paychecks.
Preparing payroll reports.
Distributing payment statements.
Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
Entering new employee data into the company database.

Requirements:

Be at least 20 years of age. (we cannot hire people who is not up to the adult age)
A high school diploma, Mathematics and Computer
Degree in Accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles
Applications, with five month work experience;
Should be self-motivated, committed and possess good communication

Skills:

Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Experienced in working with money
Extensive experience in dealing with the public.
